If this is the first time that one of your millennial executives is going to live in a foreign country, he/she may feel excited but also uncertain. In contrast to the original version of this service, Home Finding Jr. is suggested for single employees who have a trainee or junior role, and will be living abroad alone.
Once the relocation process has started and the HR department of the company has hired Home Finding Jr., a Destination Service Consultant (DSC) picks up the assignee in the hotel or office located in the foreign country where he/she is going to live in. After handing over the Welcome Package to the assignee, the DSC takes him/her to see some properties (between 4 and 6) which fit their necessities of size and location.
When the assignee has taken a decision, our Destination Service Consultant starts the lease negotiation with the owner of the house or apartment and asks for a copy of the contract so that your employee can read it thoroughly. As soon as the assignee is agree, our DSC arranges an appointment to finally sign the lease.
The Home Finding Jr. service lasts around 2 weeks since the house hunting begins until your employee installs in his/her new home. Moreover, before he/she moves in, we make an inspection and inventory check of the property in order to guarantee the devolution of the security deposit when the relocation assignment is over.
Despite Home Finding Jr. is focused on foreign assignees who are leaving their country of origin to work abroad, we also help expatriate people that are already living in Mexico or Colombia, but need to move locally to another city.
